Allvisa pension calculator

The Allvisa pension calculator is an online application that allows employees from third-party companies to calculate their pension and insurance benefits themselves under various conditions, such as retirement age. The application also makes it possible to simulate the effects of additional deposits or withdrawals into retirement capital and to view the adjusted benefits.

When starting the application, rules must first be selected. This defines the basic parameters and contributions that are required by law. In the menu, the user can then choose between various calculations. There are calculations for existing benefits, for contributions, for simulating a purchase of retirement capital, for simulating an advance payment and for simulating a new entry into the pension fund.

The services and contributions are each visualized in diagrams and can be downloaded as a PDF by the user.

The pension calculator is based on a generalized code base, which makes it possible to implement the calculator for various customers.

Pension fund comparison

The PK comparison is an application that makes it possible to compare legally required benefits with voluntary additional benefits from pension institutions and present them graphically. Based on an older application, the frontend was completely redesigned and drastic improvements were achieved in terms of UX/UI. In addition, the technology in the backend was fundamentally renewed without having to revise the calculations. The old framework (Java EE) was replaced with Spring Boot, which significantly increased maintainability.
